        Listen until you reach the part you want.

        Right when the good part begins.

        It repeats that part forever. Click Repeat to stop.

      Getting it exactly right

      Your first try is almost never perfect, and that's normal. Nobody clicks a moment exactly on time. You'll usually land a fraction late on something you weren't expecting, and a fraction early on a beat you could feel coming. So the loop is meant to be adjusted after you set it.

      The − + buttons
      Appear under the controls once you've marked a loop. Each tap moves the start or the end by a tenth of a second. Loop cutting off too soon? Tap End + twice.
      Drag the marks
      Grab the A or B flag on the timeline and slide it. Works on a phone too.
      Keyboard
      ← and → move the start. , and . move the end, with no modifier needed, so you can do it one-handed with an instrument in the other. ⇧ with the arrows does the same thing if you prefer it.

      Sharing

      Click Share and a link gets copied. Send it on WhatsApp, Instagram, anywhere. Whoever opens it hears your loop straight away. They don't need to install anything.

      Pro mode

      Looping, marking a start and an end, and sharing it with a message are free and always will be. Pro mode at the top adds the deeper set of tools below. Switch it on to see them.

      Speed
      Play it slower to learn a fast part. It won't sound like a chipmunk. The pitch stays correct.
      Finer trim − +
      The same nudge buttons, but stepping by a hundredth of a second as well as a tenth, for when a tenth is still too coarse.
      Start slow, get faster
      Plays your loop slowly, then a bit faster each round, until you're up to full speed. Guitar players use this constantly.
      Pause after each repeat
      Leaves a silence the same length as your loop, so you can play it back or say it back. Great for learning a language.
      Count me in
      Clicks 1-2-3-4 before every repeat, like a drummer counting in, so you know exactly when to start.
      Stop after a while
      Finishes after a set number of repeats instead of going on forever.
      Saved loops
      Keep the parts you come back to. They stay even after you close the tab.
